Helped us with asking the right questions to the other parties working along with me and my husband, as well as providing great references such as our Loan Officer or even inspectors that helped to ensure the property was in conditions necessary. We are completely appreciative of all her hard work and keeping us up to date on items that were coming next or even signatures that are essential for signatures. Lorena was hands down the best agent my wife and I could have asked for. As first time home-buyers, there were many aspect of the house buying process that we were just unfamiliar with. Lorena single put all of our worries to rest. Her knowledge of the overall area and her experience led us to narrow down the house that was destined to belong to us.
Beyond just being knowledgeable, Lorena took the time to get to know us both. This was a crucial part because we felt that she was as invested in helping us find our new home as much as we were without just pushing any particular house into our list.
